Question Voicemail id on SPA3102

Hi,

I have a SPA3102 and when I dial Draytel voicemail 9200 I am asked for my voicemail user id and password. Yet when I use Xlite I am only asked for my password.

What do I need to set in the SPA3102 to enable this please.?

My dialplan for line 1 is as below.

(x | 100S0<:@gw0> | 999S0<:@gw0> | 112S0<:@gw0> | 151S0<:@gw0> | 1471S0<:@gw0> | 1571S0<:@gw0> | 9200S0<:@gw1> | 0[58]0x.S0<:@gw0> | 00x.S0<:@gw1> | <0:0044>[12]x.S0<:@gw1> | <0:0044>[67]x.S0<:@gw1> | 084x.S0<:@gw1> | <087:004487>x.S0<:@gw1> | <:00441792> [2-9]xxxxxS0<:@gw1> | <#90,:141>xx.S0<:@gw0> |<#91:08081701701S0>xx.S0<:@gw0> | 118! | 09! )

TIA

Perhaps your Caller ID is not being presented when using your ATA. It's worth checking this by making a test call to say, your mobile number. If caller ID is not being presented, check your entries in the "Line 1" tab for subscriber information, also ensuring that CID service is enabled.

When I dial my mobile, I use line1 as per my dial plan. The DID number that Draytel gave me is recognised by my mobile and shows up as the entry I named it as (VOIP).

My line1 is registered.
In line1 tab
CID serv is yes, so is Block CID Serv, so I set Block CID Serv to no, but no difference.

So if you call your mobile using X-Lite, this also presents itself as (VOIP)? May be worth trying matching up CID presentation of ATA to that of X-Lite. BTW, my "Block CID Serv" is set to the default value of "yes".

Dialing my mobile with Xie shows up as VOIP also.
There are not many settings in xlite to change and I could not see anything about ID.

I ried changing t use a proxy server and nat.draytel.org:5065 as per xlite, but no change. Tried changing display name to my userid as per xlite, but no difference.

I'll just live with it for now, minor problem and a little irritating. :-)

Thanks for the help.

OK - it may be worth asking Draytel - they may be able to advise for your ATA. Or perhaps try resetting your ATA to factory defaults and configuring again just in case some parameter got corrupted.

Draytel thought it was due to multiple devices registered (SPA3102 and X-Lite), but both of these have been off for over 24 hours and it still asks for the userid. Very strange.
