Default SPA3K - phone not ringing after firmware upgrade

I recently upgraded the firmware for my spa3K to 3.1.10. I have a PSTN line from the local provider connectd to the spa. After the upgrade, the analog phone connected to the device does not ring when someone calls my PSTN. If I refresh the info page, it shows the status as "ringing" and the "PSTN Ring Thru Line 1:" is set to YES. What could have gone wrong?

Any one faced similar situation?
