Default SPA3000 Cant get Second VOIP Service to Register

Hey guys i give up i need help, i have been looking on the forum but could not solve my issue.

I have a SPA3000

Ok Let me try to explain what i need.

Take a look at this:

A-----> my regular PSTN local number which is working fine with the SPA
B-----> A VOIP service just for incoming calls which is also working fine
C-----> A Local VOIP service for outgoing calls NOT working

ok now here is part that want to try to understand

Letter C is a VOIP service in my country (Dominican Republic) that allows me to dial the number assigned to me and i can forward the call to whatever country i want, now in order to achieve this i need to dial the number assigned to me on letter C with my regular local line which is Letter A. So in order to acomplish this Letter C has to be registered on the server all the time.

I have tried putting in my letter C sip info (sip proxy, pass and id) but no luck, i tried on the SPA configuration the tab that says Line 1 and then i went to Gateways account.
I also tried the tab that says PSTN Line and filled out the information needed on Proxy and registration and Suscriber and no luck.

KEEP in mind that the only thing that i need is to register Letter C on the server and it will allow me to forward calls.

If i register my letter C VOIP service with a soft phone like Xlite, it works like a charm but i would need to have the pc on all the time and i dont want that.

Thanks and i Apologize for the long post.
