Default SPA 2100 Vioce mail

I have a SPA 2100. I need to forward the incomming calls to my cell phone which I was able to do by *72 but but the voice mail in the SPA 2100 does not answer after several rings in the cell phone and instead my voice mail in my cell phone did. How can I make the VM in the SPA 2100 work ? Pls. advice.

spa2100 does not have VM that is a feature from your VOIP provider.
As far as Cell Phone picking up you vm you need to tell your cell phone provider to lengthen the number of rings before VM picks up.
This will give your VOIP VM more time to pickup the call.
