Default SPA-1001 CID stops working for no reason

Hi everyone,

Today is the second day where caller id has suddenly stopped working on my SPA-1001. The last time it happened, I had just added a Line 2 config to the phone. I fixed it by resetting everything to defaults. This time though, the 2nd line has been configued for quite some time now and has been fine, and I haven't touched the config in I'd say a couple of weeks. Any ideas on what might be causing this? It's quite frustrating. Also I know for a fact caller id info is being sent, it's just a problem with the Sipura.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide!

This may just be a problem with your provider?? Maybe they have a problem sending CID sometimes.

I had this problem with 1 provider...

See that's what I thought, because I've had issues in the past, BUT, both Line 1 and Line 2 are connected to my own Asterisk servers, but two seperate machines. My experience has been Sipura will get CID from Asterisk B, but not Asterisk A, but everything else connected to Asterisk A gets CID just fine. I'm convinced it's a setting somewhere in the Sipura but I haven't been able to find anything that would suggest what it might be.

Also another thing that confirms it's actually the Sipura is right after I reset it, it works perfectly.
