Default Sipura 841 & Broadvoice - configuring problem

Ok. I'm new at this although I was a beta tester for Comcast's VOIP over 3 years ago... Finally on my own and did the Broadvoice BYOD (own device) using a SPA-841 phone. I thought I read that you can use this phone instead of buying a VOIP adapter. Went through several trys getting the phone configured... used Broadvoice generic SIP device settings. I used my username and phone number and password and these instructions, but no dial tone after several reboots and trys. Any help? Also used the Voxilla wizard acting like it was the 2000 model. Broadvoice's only instruction after emailing support was this:

"Please follow the regular Sipura instructions as they are the same or
similar: http://www.broadvoice.com/support_install_byod_sipura.html"

Broadvoice supplied these at sign-up:
primary_dns_ip: 147.135.0.6
secondary_dns_ip: 147.135.8.6
proxy_ip: proxy.broadvoice.com
proxy_port: 5060
registrar_ip: sip.broadvoice.com
registrar_port: 5060
phone_number: ##########
auth_id: ##########
auth_password: ##########
tftp_ip: config.broadvoice.com
ntp_ip: ntp.nasa.gov
DTMF: InBand
registration_time_out: 10_seconds
voice_mail_key: *86
time_zone: GMT-05:00

Thanks everyone!

The smoothest way to program your SPA-841 is to use the first half of the Voxilla wizard. Use the wizard for the SPA-2000 and fill in the available blanks with the information you got from BV.

When you hit the submit button you will be presented with a confirmation screen. Print this screen out or leave it up in a separate window while you manually enter all of these fields into your SPA-841's configuration page.

Even though the SPA-841's management pages look a lot like the SPA-2000's the underlying code differences won't allow the wizard to do the whole job. This is a pretty good workaround, though.

Thanks mberlant .
I did that and am still having trouble getting a dialtone. Must be doing something wrong. Again - do I need the ATA with this phone? For all I know it's a router setting. Back to the drawing board.

Sounds like we need to get the SPA-841 Wizard working. Unfortunately, other projects have been higher on the priority list.
