How to Lock a Sipura

we are a small service provider and will like to lock our sipura devices, can any one help us, how do we lock the sipura so no one with out the password will reset the unit

If you are a VoSP, you should know how to lock your ATA devices. OTOH, it isn't nice to lock ATA devices belonged to your customers (like the way Vonage has done). Give your customers their freedom to browse and explorer their device and only charge them if they ask you to reconfiguration the device because they mess around with the device.

If you are a service provider, you likely have access to SPC and the various documentation about how to generate compiled profiles.
