Does anyone know if using a Supura ATA will work with a dial-up security system. I believe this should work just fine but thought I better check...

It depends upon the nature of the connection between your security system and the monitoring station. If it is a modem connection, that connection should be 2400bps or slower, may not be more than 9600bps in any case, and you must disable echo cancellation and force G.711 as your CODEC. If it is a voice connection you should have no problems at all.
