try (0044xx.|00353xx.)

That only lets you dial the two strings. If you need to allow something else you will need to add it to the plan.

Hi, first of all apologies if I annoy you with some old question, I went through this forum quite a bit and I'm still confused on how set up my dial-plan.
First, I'm based in Australia , I've voipbuster as first SIP and pennytel as second.
I have set up the SIP to receive calls from the german number I received by voip, it works fine.
For my outgoing calls I want to set up local emergency number - 000 - to be dialled by the local PSTN (telstra), the international calls by voipbuster (I added a short cut *1 to call my best mate's number abdef in the text below) and the rest of the calls by pennytel (which I keep only because it's cheaper than voipbuster to call australia, but which works horrendly bad)
so, here my dial plan:
(000S0<:@gw0>|1194S0<:@gw0>|<#7,:>xx.<:@gw0>|00xxxxx.<:@gw1>|<#8,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<*1:abcdefS0><:@gw1>|[3469]11<:@gw2>|0.<:@gw2>|[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw2>|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0<:@gw2>|<#9,:>xx.<:@gw2>).

I'm not sure if the declaration <:@gwA> have to be repeated every time and what really is the use of the strings [3469]11<:@gw2>|0.<:@gw2>|[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw2>|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 which I copied from pre-installed dial plan.

The 1194 is not working... so I fear that also the 000 will not work, but I'm not willing to alarm the police by trying it :-)
The local calls don't work either... it could be because pennytel is down (as usual) or because my dial plan in crap...
Anyone can have a look at this and direct me in the right direction?

Thanks a bunch!

I am trying to setup my SPA3102 to dial local numbers (604, 778, local services (911, 311, 411, 1-800, etc) and any International other than India via the PSTN Line, and have 1+10digit North America Long Distance, & India dial via the VoIP Line.

I have crafted the following dialplan and it works up to the international part, India goes to the VoIP line properly, but all the other international calls seem to fail. Anybody have any suggestions?

DIAL PLAN:
[3469]11<:@gw0>|[67]xxxxxxxxx<:@gw0>|1800[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw0>|1866[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw0>|1877[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw0>|1888[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw0>|
1900[2-9]xxxxxx<:@gw0>|1976xxxxxxx<:@gw0>|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|01191xxxxxxxxxx|011[1-9]xxxxxxxxxx<:@gw0>|[1-9]xxxx|

Thanks to anyone who can offer help with the International calling problem and any other hints to help clean it up!

OK I found the problem in my International entry, (it was short an x so 14 digit numbers would work, but 15 digit would not).

Anyone have any suggestions on any DP cleanup I should do? Basically just trying to force anything other than India, and Canada and USA out the PSTN Line.

Can anyone else confirm this, I was under the impression on the 3102 the dial plan defaults to the ITSP unless you specify otherwise? I can see the calls going out VIA the ITSP so I am confused.

Question Re: How do I craft a dial plan string?

Hello all. I've probably asked this before.
I am trying to set up my SPA3000 to allow me to make all calls through my voip provider Sipgate UK which I have done but need to divert my voip number thru to my bt number when it is called.
Also i need to set up a dial plan that will route 999, 112, 100 thru BT and also allow me to dial local numbers in my area code 01606 withour dialling the area code 1st.
Lastly i need my BT number to show up on the outgoing caller id when i make a call on my sipgate voip service?
Can anybody help?
