I assume that the dialling plan should go in the PSTN line dial plan.

Any help greatly received.
No, the dialplan should go in the Line 1 Tab

The dial plan should go on the Line 1 tab (which is where you make calls from).

A dial plan to send three digit extensions immediately might look like:

(xxxS0)

However, that's extremely simplistic.

Guys

Thanks for that - it's working fine - I'd put in both which seemed to confuse things.

Now for stage 2!

I'll let you know how it goes.

Cheers

Mark

I am having a Sipura 2000/2100 dial string issue with calling to FWD numbers.

<#3:><123456@fwd.pulver.com>
works
Last Called Number: 123456@fwd.pulver.com

<#3:>xx.<:@fwd.pulver.com>
The number you have dialed is not in service
Last Called Number: 123456

Can someone help me with the dial string?

Thanks,
Meir

BV -> FWD: #3 + FWD number + #
<#3:>[x*].<#:@fwd.pulver.com>
rings or goes to voicemail, or both at the same time, but if I pick up, there is silence

Why?

BV -> FWD: #3 + FWD number
<#3:>[#*x].<:@fwd.pulver.com>
Doesn't work: The number you have dialed is not in service
Last Called Number: 123456

Why?

FWD -> BV: **2282+BV number
works

I have never managed to call an FWD number without using fwdnat.pulver.com:5082 as outbound proxy: the call is established, but then the audio stops after a fraction of second. Unfortunately, using a proxy on a nonstandard port does not seem to work unless one uses a separate "outbound proxy" definition, wich is only possible for the default "Proxy and Registration" entry in the "Line 1" screen: see e.g. my post at http://voxilla.com/index.php?name=PN...ghlight=#13772 .

One of the few reasons to use Outbound Proxy over STUN is if you have a Symmetric NAT router. Is that your case? How did you configure the SPA? Did you use the Voxilla Wizard?

(Please see update at end. I did get this to work)

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me with a dial plan for the Sipura3000.

I used the Voxilla Config Wizard to config my S3K to use Broadvoice for all outbound calls with straight pass/ring through on my inbound PSTN line. Everything has worked like a charm!

One change I would like to make is to have all my local calls go out through the PSTN since my Verizon message plan allows for untimed calls to area codes 212, 347, 646, 718 and 917.

Right now all calls except 211,311,411,611, 711 and 911 go out through Broadvoive using the Config Wizard Dial Plan:

([2-79]11<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx .<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xx<:@gw0>)

I tried modifying the plan to force all my local calls to use the PSTN line but I cant seem to get it to work. My changes are as follows:

([2-79]11<:@gw0>|1212xx.<:@gw0>|1718xx.<:@gw0>|1347xx.<:@ gw0>|1646xx.<:@gw0>
|1917xx.<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<# 9,:>xx.<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xx<:@gw0>)

What I attempted to do was to cause any number begining with 1212,1718,1347,1646 and 1917 to use the PSTN line but those calls still go out to Broadvoice and not via the PSTN. I guess I do not fully understand the syntax of these plans yet.

I would appreciate any help you folks can provide.

Uodate: I setup debug on the S3K, power cycled the unit and it appears my new Dial Plan is working! However I would welcome any comments on how I did this and if there is a better way to accomplish what I wanted to do.

As I said at http://voxilla.com/index.php?name=PN...ghlight=#13852 my NAT router is a port-restricted cone. And my problems are not limited to the Sipura SPA-3000, although the SPA-3000 makes them difficult to work around with its support for only one registration server, and the impossibility of defining separate outbound proxies for the various gw1-gw3 of line 1. With the Xten X-Lite, at least, each of the ten accounts is treated equally, with a registration proxy and an outbound proxy. I hope Sipura may release a new version of its firmware fixing this shortcoming (it should be a piece of cake, just requiring few additional fields in the GUI and slight modifications to the logic).
