dial plan syntax
are these valid entries for a dial plan:
<#9,:12125551212> if #9 then dial 1212555... over line 1
<#8,:12125551212@gw1> if #8 dial number over gateway 1
<#8,:12125551212><:@gw1> if #8 dial number over gateway 1

All are valid, except the "," after #9 and #8 has no effect
