Default Cannot receive incoming calls - Linksys PAP2 with CallCentric/IpKall

I have Linksys PAP2 with Line 2 being used by callcentric. Since I did not want to pay for a number, I used IPKALL to get a number which will forward to my callcentric "local" number. The problem is that I cannot receive incoming calls on the IPKALL number when I dial from PTSN; all I hear is a busy tone.

Outgoing calls are working perfectly.

Does anyone know what causes this? I used click2dial app on callcentric.com to dial my callcentric number which worked fine. So is the problem with IPKALL or with my PAP2 configuration?

Thanks a bunch!

At IPKall you would need to forward the call to your account like this

Sip Phone Number: 17772774838
Sip Proxy: in.callcentric.com

Is that what you did?

It works now! I had not put "in." in the proxy name.

Thank you very much!
