You may want to try a company in Mexico like www.teleglobalnet.net

Broadvox only accepts U.S. Credit cards as well..

I actually called BV support as I'm having huge amounts of trouble setting BV on tje PSTN line of my SPA3000. It doesn't really work all that well; possibly due to dual registration, or wotever reason. Anyway, I called BV support to see if they can help me with this isse. After about a 30 minute hold, I finally got thru to an agent, who told me theyt don't really support the PSTN line config, though he is aware ppl have managed to make it work, how, he didnt know. In anycase, I then asked him if it'll be possible to open up another account with BV, he said ofcourse, no problem, I then asked him, I've alread got an account with BV, and can I open another one using the same credit card, and the guy assured me it will not be a problem. Btw, I've signed up using a British credit card.
