Default T.38 Fax

Hi,

I'm the head of a company working for a business here who would like to use a service for T.38 to send faxes in the US and in Europe. The reason i have to use T.38 is because we have many products in the organization which currently sit on top of a software which uses T.38/SIP. Currently we have many issues with our internal Cisco Gateway we are using. So we would like to get rid of the Cisco Gateway and instead let the T.38/SIP software stack directly talk to a service to send faxes.
would this work ?

Thanks for your help...
