All BV service seems to be down for me (Seattle, Comcast, using OpenDNS servers). BV's Customer Support number (213-634-1400) rings through but I've been waiting in queue for over 1/2 hour. Since their website is down (at least for me), I had to use the wayback machine to find their support numbers. For reference, they are:

I hope this isn't an indication that BV is going down and pulling us (their customers) down along with them. It's very distressing...
