Unable to receive calls to 404 area code number

Has anyone heard of any Broadvoice problems impacting inbound calls to numbers in the 404 area code or even other Georgia area codes? The caller hears the "all circuits busy message" and neither the forwarding nor simultaneous ring features are working as a circumvention. There is a message posted on their customer portal. I did contact BV support who acknowledged the problem, stated it was significant and that there is no ETA for resolution. The only option they could offer was to assign a new number for me. It has been 4 days of no inbound calls. Outbound calls are fine.

I'm having the same problem with an 847 (chicago burbs) but only on my number transfered from AT&T. The number that came with the BV account is working fine.
In the last few hours though inbound on the transfered number has been working intermittently.
I've had no response from BV email support. And by phone the most of got is "err... yeah we are having some issues, should be fixed soon."

I too have not had incoming since Friday 9/28 .... I read from the account portal that their Engineers are aware and working on a solution .... working pretty d@mn slow :-) ...anyone know what's up with this?? I am beginning to believe maybe they haven't paid some of their bills :-( ???

Their website is down, agents are not answering on the phone, and no dial tone. Anyone knows what's going on?

All BV service seems to be down for me (Seattle, Comcast, using OpenDNS servers). BV's Customer Support number (213-634-1400) rings through but I've been waiting in queue for over 1/2 hour. Since their website is down (at least for me), I had to use the wayback machine to find their support numbers. For reference, they are:

Phone:

WEST COAST: (213) 634-1400
CENTRAL: (312) 625-1400
EAST COAST: (212) 202-0300 or (978) 418-7300

I hope this isn't an indication that BV is going down and pulling us (their customers) down along with them. It's very distressing...

Thanks. I am in Redmond, WA, tried through verizon's DNS and Relakks, website down, also spent around 30min on the phone, noone is answering.
I found their support numbers through google cache.

I can access my account online. My original BV number is working fine.
But inbound on my number transfered from AT&T is still intermittent.

Everything seems to be back to normal as of 7am PST today. Site is back up and the line is working again...
Anybody knows what happened?

As of 2pm 10/4/07 everything is working fine again.

I have a 404 number and outgoing has been working fine -- but no incoming for over a WEEK

Well here is what I got from support:

BroadVoice has had some technical difficulties and does not have a estimated time of when the issue will be resolved. Service issues are posted in your account portal for customers that are affected.
We are working with one of our carrier partners in the Georgia area.
Their engineers are working around the clock to restore service.
We apologize and have been assured that they are making this their top priority. Please let us know if you have any other questions that we may help you with.
