| | Two questions on SPA3000 and Broadvoice Hello, I've been using Voiptalk for almost a year now, but BVs unlimited US/Europse calling plan + BYOD appears very attractive. Two questions
1) Does BV offer incoming UK number as an additional number. I know you can have upto 2 alternate numbers on a primart BV account, not sure if I can choose a British number (my family is split b/w UK and USA)
2) Has the PSTN-VoIP bridging issue been resolved?. For instance, would it be possible for me to leave my PSTN line disabled, and just use the Voip line even to make calls when I'm away from home, by setting up my main BV acocunt as a gateway, and whne I'm out, I can dial in, and dial #1 to select the BV gateway (i understand the latest version of SPA3000 firmware allows gateway calls thru pstn as well?.
Thanks.

| | RE: Two questions on Sipura I can't speak for the UK credentials, but you should be able to make use of the PSTN/VoIP bridge with BroadVoice if you configure it right.

| | RE: Two questions on Sipura Thanks Phoneboy.....I can answer the phone credentials bit, it IS possible, infact, I would think BV allows you to sign up from anyplace, you can choose your billing/shipping country from a dropdown menu - a big advantage over Voange et al that only let u sign up with US credit card.
On number 2, not sure yet, used BVs auto config, and am now locked outta my device, have called support a few tiems, but only get a msg.
Another question, anyone knows if BV will be offering incoming UK numbers?.
And lastly, when I signed up, I never got offered the free 1 month trial and actiavtion fee waiver?. I bouight my SPA from Voxilla, was hoping will get that?. |

| | RE: Two questions on Sipura Please fill out a request on http://voxilla.com/help with your order number, we can send you the code. I think they can apply it retroactively, but only if you can get through to support. :/
