Default Trying to access control panel for SPA-2100

I have read through past threads and still cannot figure it out:

My portal username and password does not work in the SPA-2100 control panel (IP address of Sipura).

I'm trying to fix a problem that BV is giving me a run-around on. I have no dial-tone, and the green LED for my line is not ON.

Default RE: Trying to access control panel for SPA-2100

What exactly is your problem? Your portal user name and password are just that - for your use in logging into the Account Portal on the BroadVoice web site. These credentials are used nowhere else.

What exactly is your problem? What information is available to you on the Info page? Are PCs connected to the LAN port of the SPA able to reach the internet? Who provisions the SPA, you or BV?

What happens when you pick up the phone that is connected to the SPA? If you blow into the receiver's microphone or scratch it with your finger can you hear that noise in your ear? If you push a button on the phone can you hear the DTMF tone in your ear? If you dial **** do you get the SPA's IVR?

Please let us know enough detail to begin to help you with your problem.

Default control panel on sipura adapter

The pword and user name is notyour account info, you need to co9ntact BV and get the logon info for the adpter. This is locked when it dl's the provisioning info from BV.

You could just try either doing hard reboot, unplug for 15 seconds and replug. Or shut down your router, and sip adapter, then start the router, then after it reboots and connects, restsart the adpter, . Youcould also just hit the restart button on the general control page, which should not be locked. (just the advanced controls are normally locked.)

luck,
