Trouble with configuring SPA3102 for BroadVoice

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an SPA3102 for use with BroadVoice and am having no luck. Registration fails.

I have an SPA2100 that is configured with the same parameters and it is working fine. I can get X-Lite to work as well. But the SPA3102 just will not register and I don't even know how to find out why.

I went over all the settings with their tech support and they aren't even seeing me connect.

I alsl tried yesterday night and no luck. I even searched for those who have the 3000 model which is similar. Didn't register (and yes I called broadvoice to make sure they added the 3102 to the account) I will have to try and configure it again, but if someone has any tips/config settings please post them here. Thanks

If you are behind a DHCP/NAT server. You may require to run a STUN server in the SIP tab.

Also, I called the BV tech support, one of them says, I should the config file of SPA3000 given on their website for SPA3102. http://www.broadvoice.com/support_in...od_sipura.html

Somebody please confirm, if this is going to work at all.

I used to have registration issues. Till I made these changes SIP tab.
NAT Support Parameters
Substitute VIA Addr: yes
STUN Enable: yes
Send Resp To Src Port: yes
STUN Test Enable: No
STUN Server: stun.fwdnet.net:3478
