I dont plan on using the port scanning again, and i only scanned port 69 for the tftp service which was not listening

Anyway i have it working now.
After a few calls and a long wait my email was replied with my settings. I spent a few hours doing research online and finally was able to copy the settings and make a config file, get an updated firmware for the ata, install a tftp server on my machine, stick the config and firmware there and running the tftp locally. This worked like a charm, all settings were done and the ata was upgraded. In a few seconds ... dialtone

I tried installing the settings manually a couple of times using the web interface but no luck, I think the main problem was the firmware on my ata.
Are you sure its listening on port 8080 for tftp ? because even in their own config file, the port is listed as 69.
