Default Swapping primary and alternate number

This evening, I swapped my numbers to make the alternate primary (and primary alternate). After that, my sipura was unable to register. BV is having so much trouble in last couple days that I guess I shouldn't have played with this feature.

Has anybody done this successfully, or does such a change generally require a new set of credentials from BV?

On the bright side, the CSR should find it a welcome relief to be fielding a request for credentials right about now.

Yep -- that was the problem. I turned provisioning on and got new credentials. I think I'll wait to ask for the new credentials until things settle down a bit. I've bugged customer service enough as of late.
