support netgear wgr615v

I bought this device but i don;t know how is the configuration. the device can make the login, but i can't make calls and when somebody call me the phone rings but i can't answer it.

Service

SIP Proxy : seip.broadvoice.com
SIP Control Port :5060
SIP Local Port SIP : 5060
Outbound SIP Proxy Address proxy.bos.broadvoice.com

STUN ?????????
