Suggest real-time call logs in portal I don't know about the rest of you, but the biggest issue I have with the Broadvoice account portal is the lack of real-time call logs. I know that you can access them by launching the call manger, but that thing sucks and doesn't work well with Firefox. Not to mention it only displays 10 or so lines of calls.
I think we can get BV to implement this if everyone emails in the suggestion. Just log into your portal and click on the little feedback link and tell them how much you'd really like the real-time call logs. I usually send the suggestion once a week or so. |
