strapping linksys 3102

I've read about strapping the linksys 3102.

Doesn't Broadvoice offer 3 way calling?

Can I not call my BV # then I enter a pin to call another number? or is that using the device's bridging capability to do the '3 way calling'?

This violates the Terms of agreement though, right?
