there's hope: I was on the phone with a broadvoice employee and they confirmed that they're having problems to many areas in Brazil. He also told me though that in the coming week they will start to work with another provider that should take care of the areas currently not working...
... let's hope this will work out. I was an extremelz happy customer about 2 months ago before they had their big outage.

I can call to Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, but can't call to Campinas that is very close do Sao Paulo.
I hope that next week it work. |

we're into the week after they promised a new service provider and we're still having problems 
too bad. I downgraded myself to BOYD lite for the time being until we can make the calls we want.
