starcom f3000

I am sure this doesn't belong in this part of the forum, I was trying to set up a starcom f3000 for broadvoice it became locked. I am unable to unlock it I even called utstarcom and they said they couldn't unlock it. (Doesn’t sound right) does any one know how to unlock it or where to send it to get it fixed? It was unlocked when I bought it but after I put in the pw I can't unlock. Someone please help. There is got to be a way to hard reset it. (What I mean locked is when I put in my sip pw) thanks grm

problem fixed, had to put in 6, 8's not 8 8's for password. sorry
