I'm able to place calls to some area codes, not others.

The account activity says it can be delayed up to 30 min, but it's been over an hour... so far.

This is crap. On hold for 23 minutes, I think someone finally picked up, but I can't hear them at all. That's what happens to me with some area codes. No sound. Doesn't even ring for those area codes, then the other person answers and we both speak but neither hears anything.
