| | SPA Wizards should now have updated settings for BroadVoice I've got two different sets of settings (East Coast and West Coast). I've also significantly updated the config in general, thus making it more BroadVoice friendly. Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

| | This time I can get a dial tone with the new settings as the old West Coast settings did not work. However my phone does not ring when an incoming call comes through. When I switch back to the Broadvoice's default config settings my incoming call rings. Did I do something wrong? |

| | When I tested it with my PAP2-NA using the settings from the Configuration Wizard, inbound and outbound calls worked just fine. Perhaps I need to look at the settings you sent me more closely.

| | I had this error message on the Sipura Config page when I hit install configuration
"There are errors in your inputs (fields with red names),
Please correct them and submit again!"
The red fields is in the SIP Tab at the "Insert VIA rport"
It should be no.
On your config wizard it reads "Insert VIA rport: 15" which I think it should read "0"
The 15 I think is the "NAT Keep Alive Intvl:"
Hope this helps |

| | In the Password field, do I use the password that was given to me by BV to get into the admin screen on my Sipura with the wizard? |

| | They should have provided you with both the "admin" password for the device and the SIP credentials. You don't want the admin password for the device except maybe when you are pushing the new config to the device. Of course, if your device is locked with an admin password, chances are it is being provisioned by BroadVoice and any change you make will get overwritten.

| | Just FWI I tried the "east" version first and it seemed it all worked until I made an outgoing call and noticed that all outgoing calls would ring until answered and then the audio went dead on both sides.
I tried the "west" version and it seems to work flawlessly.
I'm running a Sipura 2000 rev g of the firmware. I'm connected to BV snd Stanaphone. |
