Can BV be used with the SPA 3000 to forward PSTN to VOIP

Yes, indeed. Please browse through the Sipura Users Group, where you will find many existing threads discussing various forwarding and remote access configurations for the SPA-3000, including how to use a single VoIP provider for both legs of the service.

Spent several hours on the phone with BV and Sipura, not able to dial in on the PSTN line and forward to VoIP. Also have used wizzard to configure with no luck.

If you are using only BroadVoice (i.e. BroadVoice configured on both devices), you will need to set Register: No and Make Call Without Reg: Yes. Perhaps that adjustment can be made to the Wizard.

Have changed that setting and also used a different VoIP SP on line one with no claim to fame.
