SPA 2100 setup - Provisioned by BroadVoice Help... I have been trying to get support... I can't setup, after forward port 69,05060-5063, 10000-20000. the phone worked once, then nothing worked.
When people call me, I can't hear anything, but caller continue to hear ringing on his end, then it went to BV VM.
When I call out, phone ring three times, then stop rining, phone went silent.
Anyway, when I configure the port, I leave everything in default. Protocol timeout (blank), map to host port (blank), application type (none). Should I have to do anything in there? Please help, I am about to give up. I have tried seven days since received my SPA2100 to get support from them. Just got hang up after 30 minutes wait. Have sent one email a day for the last five days. Thanks. TC |
