Unhappy Spa 2002

Hello, All.
Help me!

I just changed my VOIP provider, paid for the Sipura SPA 2002 and I want to use it in another provider. The question is: how to reset to factory default?
I have tried ****73738#1 but it still ask me for admin password when I enter http://(IP)/admin/

Default Re: Spa 2002

Which was your previous provider... usually the username is "admin" and the password is "1234". But maybe the previous provider could heve blocked the possiblity to reset the device....
