Spa 2000 fast busy on outbound

I recently configured an SPA 2000 with Broadvoice's provisioning, I get dial tone and was able to place a couple of calls but after that all outbound calls give me a fast busy tone. My setup:
DSL Modem>Router>SPA 2000
I searched all through the forums and could't find a solution, any help will be greatly appreciated.

If BroadVoice is provisioning your SPA-2000 you will need to contact them for help. If you are provisioning your SPA-2000 according to information that you received from BroadVoice, that is a different story.

Does the Info page show Registered for the BroadVoice line? How many seconds until next Registration does it show?

Once you have that information, try power cycling the SPA and making a call. Does that call go through?

It is provisioned by Broadvoice, the info page shows registered and 298s until next registration,.
Powered cycled the SPA 2000 and when attempting a call I get the same fast busy as always.
I have allready emailed Broadvoice a few days ago, but no response.
