Default Sipura 3000with Broadvoice- The device you are using is not registered on the network

I am using sipura 3000 with broadvoice.
I have enable PSTN line. I am using VoIP-to-PSTN gateway and PSTN-to-VoIP gateway.

Problem:
1. Whenever i place a call from Line 1 or PSTN-to-VoIP, it says "The device you are using is not registered on the network. Please contact your administrator."

I did call to broadvoice, but they are unable to solve this issue.

I was using this setup since more than 12 months, but don't know what went wrong and now i can not use it.

Outbond proxy are same for the both Line 1 and PSTN line.
But in PSTN line> Make call witout registration: Yes, Register:No, have been selected.

Line 1 SIP Port: 5060 and for PSTN Line: 5061

I have DSL modem directly connected to Sipura, there is no in between other router or computer.

I have tested sipura with other ISPs even, but same problem is there.

Provisioning is enable is it is set to broadovice. (http://config.broadvoice.com:8080/$MA.cfg)

If i restast the device after 3 minute off, it works for one call (that call works only for few minutes and than auto disonnect), after this disconnection, if a dial any number it says "The device is not regitred on the network", this message is played by broadvoice. While at very same time in Sipura Info page, "Registration State: Registered" displayed.
I need tp restart the device to place a next call, which also works for few seconds only.

I did tried with provision disable. but its not working.

Is that possible that broadvoice now does not support Line 1 and PSTN Line on the same proxy?

I did factory default reset, but no hope.

Also now proxy.xxx.broadvoice.com is not working also. It works only with proxy-xxx.broadvoice.com. I don't know why?

I have the same problem but I'm not using the PSTN port. My problem started last Wednesday 3/21/07 evening. Sounds strangely suspicious. I, too have BV provisioning enabled.
