Default Sipura 2100 & BroadVoice can not place outgoing call

I can get calls, but I can't make calls.

I can get incoming call from Broadvoice to my Sipura 2100.

I am in California in the US.

My unit registers successfully to sip.broadvoice.com and to proxy.dca.broadvoice.com but not to proxy-dca.broadvoice.com as given to me by broadvoice.

I can not place an outgoing call.

My Dial Plan is the BroadVoice suggested
(*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

I dial the *86 (BV VoiceMail) and I get another dial tone.

I dial 555-1212 and I get "The number you have called is not in service"
I dial another local number, I get silence


I dial 1 408-555-1212 I get silence.

I dial 408-555-1212 I get silence.

I am using Inband DTMF

I connected a WinXP PC using the same WAN IP Address and same network cable as the 2100 and sent and received call from SJPhone no problem so it is the Sipura, or is it an interaction.



What do I have to do to dial out.

Is there any sipura troubleshooting tools?

Solved problem by using the nice setup wizard and the magical settings.

Of course I had to submit my account settings including passwords and username to a web based form; Free Broadvoice anyone?

I saved the confirmation page and all it is is a form submitted to the 2100. Not a bad thing. Just edit the resulting html page (IP Address) for the next device programming. I hope it works.
Of course until configurations can be saved and uploaded.

If you're worried, you can always give a fake password to the wizard, then edit the configuration manually to the correct password.
