 How to setup both ICH & Broadvoice on Spa3k I have been using a Spa3K with 2 ICH accounts for sometime now. However I would like to use ICH on "Line 1" and Broadvoice on the "PSTN" line. Broadvoice automatic setup is removing the ICH account and worse yet locking me out of my Spa3k. How do I manually configure Broadvoice on the "PSTN" line???     |

| RE: How to setup both ICH & Broadvoice on Spa3k Remove the contents of the Profile and Upgrade rules on the provisioning tab. That will prevent the device from using the BroadVoice-provisioned settings to overwrite the config.

| As described in many postings here (you have read the forum before posting, right?), you will need to call BroadVoice Customer Service and request that they email your credentials to you. Once you have them you can use the Voxilla Wizard to configure your SPA3000 as you wish.
