Default Rings both ways, but no inbound/outbound voice.

Same with local numbers, and when I try to call Broadvoice support. I've emailed them but no reply has been forthcoming. Maybe someone here might tell me what I need to do to reconfig my Sipura.

Rebooted everything in sequence (cable modem, linksys router, sipura unit). Router is assigning the sipura an IP based upon the Sipura MAC (so it is always the same). Router has ports 69, 5060-5063, 10000-20000 forwarded to the Sipura's IP.

Inside Sipura config, system status shows 1311 RTP packets sent, zero received, 63 SIP packets sent, 65 received. Line status is on hook, call 1 and 2 states are idle, registration is registered, next registration in 24s.

Proxy is sip.broadvoice.com, register is set to yes, make/answer call w/o reg is set to no.

Provisioning

enable : yes
resync on reset : yes
resync random delay : 2
resync periodic : 600
resync error retry delay : 3600
forced resync delay : 14400
resync from SIP : yes
resync after upgrade : yes
resync fails on FNF : yes

profile rule: http://config.broadvoice.com:8080/$MA.cfg

firmware upgrade enable : yes
error retry delay : 3600
upgrade rule : (!2.0.5(a))?http://cpmfog/broadvoice.com:8080/spa2100-2.0.5a.bin

It all looks good to me, my balance forward from 9/21/05 is zero, haven't made any crazy calls to Kathmandu, so what's up?

No email or call from them, but Broadvoice has apparently fixed the problem. Inbound and outbound calls are working again Also, an annoying delay at call initiation that had plagued me over that last couple of weeks seems to have gone away. 8)

Now that everything is working again you should remove the forced port forwarding from your router. It will only hurt your ability to have other SIP devices/softphones behind the same router.
