Default Residential vs. business usage

Hi. I've been away from the forums for a while, but I remember some time ago when BroadVoice clamped down on users/abusers of their service. Over a year ago, for a short time I was a BroadVoice subscriber and liked the service; I'm considering subscribing once again, especially since they now support the g729a codec (I'm often overseas in a limited bandwidth environment, which is also rate limited). However, I've been reviewing BroadVoice's terms of service and I must say that I'm put off by the tight restrictions they impose. I would like to use their service to keep in touch with my cohorts at work, to receive any calls from those at work who need to reach me, by forwarding my office number to BroadVoice while I'm away. It would also be for personal use. The thing is, I receive very few calls; and tops, I might make 7 hours worth of calls a month. I don't want to spend $30+ a month for unlimited business. BYOD Lite or In-state would be perfect.

Does BroadVoice strictly enforce their terms and conditions of use? I have no intention of abusing their service, and I won't subscribe if I have to keep looking over my back.

Thanks.
