We bought several refurbished/updated Siemens 2420 two-line phones from "Chris Barclay" <techguy5597@sbcglobal.net> and are using them with our Sipura SPA-2000 two-line adapters. Great combination ! Long range, good quality !!

I use 2-line Panasonic KXTG2267B. It has a conference function which enables me to bridge my PSTN calls with my Broadvoice conversations.

We've use 5-instrument AT&T 5.8GHz phones (from Sam's) in a very large house for two years with no problems. You'd never know they weren't directly wired. 5.8GHz gets you away from interference with your Wi-Fi LAN by the way.
