| | ???Recent BroadVoice DTMF issues??? Well,
My service has been restored for some time now but I just started having a funny issue. It seems that BV is having some issues with DTMF because I can |

| | Hey Slice:
You know how Broadvoice tells you to use "DTMF Inband" for your generic SIP device.
Well it doesn't work for their internal system.
Switch to something other than Inband for DTMF. BV doesn't follow their own rules.
Oh yeah and switch back to "Inband" to communicate with the rest of the world afterwards.
Come to the dark side, Slice. |

| | My setting is Auto and I just successfully interacted with both BV611 and TellMe via DTMF.

| | I got my DTMF to work on all systems, BV and outside systems by leaving DTMF Tx method on auto, but changing Process AVT to NO and Process INFO to NO. I read this tip on an earlier thread. Don't know why it works, but it does. |

| | Based on these comments, I've changed my 2100 back to "auto" from "Inband", however I never had real problems with that either with BV611 ("press '1' to remain on-hold until we can find a fast busy for you") or other DTMF systems (although I only ingrequently use them). Onceagain, I think we need a central repository for user experience with these various settings, in one central place easily found and referred to.
Cheers,
- Don
