Default How to reach Broadvoice "support"

Does anybody know how to reach a "Level 2" or "Level 3" support person for BroadVoice?

On a couple of occasions, I have found serious bugs in the BroadVoice service, taken the time to debug the error, document it, and report it -- and BV responds with "boiler plate" answers that have nothing to do with the problem. In fact, their answers reflect that they obviously have no idea what I'm talking about.

Anybody know how to reach a REAL "technical" person at BV?

I would like to know this as well - I have had 3 lines working perfectly with them for over a year now, and just in the last week it started randomly having trunk failures - not necessarily all the time but every third call...sometimes one trunk fails and the call goes through the second, sometimes both fail and it goes to All Circuits Busy - Their answer was to configure X-Lite and if that works they wont help any more.

What gives? They officially support Multiline on Asterisk, but wont help troubleshoot it? SOMEONE there has to have information on how to use their service the way so many people do. I was even hung up on last night by a woman who I couldnt understand because she slurred every word together as if she had been drinking.

I am looking elsewhere for service but for now would like to just speak to an intelligent person there...

Most people don't realize this, but BroadVoice is a VERY small company. They really only have a handful of engineers and they do everything.

I can't give out their direct contact information, but I can pass a message along if you feel that you haven't received adequate support for a serious problem.
