We are having difficulty with SBC (Landline) and Cingular (Mobile) calls to our BroadVoice numbers (330-315-XXXX). ... callers receive a mesage "your call cannot be completed as dialed." We love BroadVoice but we must be able to receive calls from all carriers, especially SBC and Cingular. Any ideas out there. The BroadVoice engineers says its SBC and Cingular. Of course Cingular and BroadVoice say it's BroadVoice's problem.

We are solving the Cingular problem.... nevertheless, SBC is still a problem. We can call 330-315-xxxx numbers locally, we just can't call BroadVoice 330-315-xxxx numbers. It looks like BroadVoice is the problem. Perhaps the npa - nxx needs loaded. Thanks
