| | distinctive,
Does BV exhibit the same behavior when you reconfigure your SPA so that BV's credentials are removed from Line 1 and registered only on PSTN Line?

| | WOW, same problem as mine.
If you get a clue, please let me know too.

It is working right now but I cannot dial any International numbers.
I have Unlimited World Plan and I know that BV cancelled the Call Forwarding feature to International numbers last month.
Could it be that we can only use the Sipura 3K for domestic calls only?
Does anyone use the Sipura PSTN to VOIP bridging function to make International calls? | |

| | Mberlant,
I haven't tried that but I think it would be easier to use a different VOIP service on Line 1, like you said all along.
I would probably use a different BV account on Line 1 to make things easier. What would be the dial plan for two BV accounts? I am confused about the gwX variable in the dial plan statement.
Thanks for all your help |

| | The Dial Plan would really not be affected terribly by whom you choose as your Line 1 service provider. If you live in the US, I recommend that you use the Dial Plan I crafted for dk0524. It is:
([349]11S0<:@gw0>|611S0<:@gw1>|<:1???>[2-9]xxxxxxS0<:@gw1>|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0<:@gw1>| 011[2-9]xxxxx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx.<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xxS0<:@gw0>)
This breaks down as:
[349]11S0<:@gw0> = Send 311, 411 and 911 immediately via the PSTN Line.
611S0<:@gw1> = Send 611 immediately to BroadVoice Customer Service.
<:1???>[2-9]xxxxxxS0<:@gw1> = Send 7-digit local calls out via BroadVoice (replace ??? with your own Area Code)
1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0<:@gw1> = Send North American Numbering Plan (Country Code 1) calls out via BroadVoice.
011[2-9]xxxxx.<:@gw1> = Send international calls (Country Codes beginning with 2 through 9) out via BroadVoice.
<#9,:>xx.<:@gw0> = Force a call beginning with a digit to go out via the PSTN Line.
<#9,:>*xxS0<:@gw0> = Force a star code to be sent to the PSTN Line.
This Dial Plan makes your phone behave pretty much like it did connected to Ma Bell. Pretty much everything goes via BroadVoice when you dial as normal. 311, 411, and 911 go via Ma Bell automatically. If you have a particular need to force something via Ma Bell you put #9 in front for a new Dial Tone.
Just be sure to go into your BV Unlimited Account's Account Portal and set Call Forwarding - All to point to the phone number programmed into Line 1. That's the only way to continue receiving phone calls when someone tries ringing your BV Unlimited number. This is true regardless of whom you choose as your Line 1 service provider.
Cheers,
Michael
