Update: Well, after a lot of fooling around with stuff I think I figured out it is not my router after all. It seems to be my sipura 2100 I received from Broadvoice. The reason I have come to this conclusion is because I have recently purchased my own ATA, a grandstream Handytone 386. I configured this device for broadvoice and tested it out. I was finally able to use my call manager to make outgoing calls! I am still unsure though. Yesterday I was having weird problems. I could make out going calls from my sipura, but I could not call my voicemail (*86) or dial 611. Soon the phone went out all together and I just shut everything down for the rest of the day. My handytone has given me full functionality back, except I am still having trouble logging into my account portal. I have been using the link below to access the call manager. I have also listed what I believe to be the sources of my problems. I will update later if I confirm them or find something or someone else to blame.
1. Problem with Router
2. Problem with the BV sipura ATA
3. Problem with encryption or sip registration
