Problem accessing voicemail from another phone

I hate to interrupt these fascinating discussions with a technical problem - but here goes. Beginning today, I have been unable to acces my voicemail from a remote phone.

When my message begins playing and I press the * key, nothing happens, the message just keeps on playing.

I have tried this on 2 BV lines:
Line 1 is using a Sipura 2000 self provisioned.
Line 2 is using a Sipura 1001 provisioned by BV.

I have not changed anything in the web portal configurataion for either line for at least 1 month (probably longer). I normally call in for voice messages at least once per day.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Two hours later and the problem has gone away on both lines.
No idea!!!

I've seen this problem crop up several times, and it always seems to clear up on it's own. I think it's a DTMF recognition problem on their end. The problem doesn't bother me, since I invariably get an email with new voicemail long before I get around to checking it.
