Default Outbound URI Dialing no longer works

My dial plan is:
(<#*:>[x*][x*]x.<:@fwd.pulver.com>|<##:>[x*][x*]x.<:@proxy01.sipphone.com>| <911:7072638655>S0|[346]11S0|<1:>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0| [2-9]xxxxxx|011[2-9]xxxxx.|*xx.|**xx.|#xx.)

Using the above dial plan, I was able to call sipphone users by dialling ##number, and call FWD users by dialing #*number. However, a few weeks ago this stopped working. Does anyone know why it no longer works, and how to call sipphone or FWD from broadvoice now?

I'm using an SPA- 2100, but thats not the issue. It was working before, but isn't workiing now, and the change didn't happen on my end. So something changed at broadvoice.

Here's a working example (checked a second ago) that dials an @fwd.pulver.com URI when prefixed by 1193 (you may change it to whatever you prefer, of course) -

|<1193:>xx.<:@fwd.pulver.com>|

Also, you should check that "Make Call Without Reg" and "Enable IP Dialing" are set to "yes" in your SPA unit.

It's going to @sip.broadvoice.com then, not the @fwd.pulver.com
This happens when the dial plan is misconfigured.

Have you tried dialing your calls without stripping the 1 from the beginning of them?
