Default Outbound Calls Dropped When Using Asterisk

All of my outbound calls are being dropped after approximately 30 seconds. Inbound calls work fine. I am running Asterisk CVS-HEAD checked out on 12/18. I have tried several broadvoice proxies, however, they all seem to exhibit the same behavior. I am attaching the last part of the sip debug output below.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did BroadVoice's patches to SIP get integrated into HEAD yet? I know they "released" some "patches" you needed to use if you were going to use their service with Asterisk.
