No Incomming Caller ID WITH Broadvoice.

:?: SPA3K On Broadvoice. With there config. I have the admin pass. For the life of me i can't figure why i can't get "Incomming Caller ID Info". When i call out, the party gets my caller id info.

I am disabled/handicapped. if anyone would care to give me a hand i'de very much appreciate it. Broadvoice claims all is ok on there end.

I get incoming Caller ID on my BroadVoice line, complete with name even, so in general their systems are working. Check the Regional tab and see what the Caller ID method is. Assuming you are in the US, you'd want it to say Bellcore.
