New to VOIP could use some help, BV not working right...

Hello all, I have had BV for 6 months, and so far the service has been about 90 percent reliable.

My current issue is that I can make calls, and myself and the callee can hear eachother AOK.

But when I recieve ANY call, I can hear the caller, but they cannot hear me at all. The caller hears only silence. This has been going on for 4 days, and I have emailed BV 3x and had no response and have sat on hold for over an hour with noone picking up.

Any help out there please?

RR cable
Linksys router
Internet works AOK

Since your SPA is being managed by BV, you need to get them to fix it. The best advice is to try 611 at different hours of the day and night until you get a live human being on the line in a reasonable amount of time. Once you are speaking with a live person you should get resolution pretty quickly.
