New to VOIP could use some help, BV not working right... Hello all, I have had BV for 6 months, and so far the service has been about 90 percent reliable.
My current issue is that I can make calls, and myself and the callee can hear eachother AOK.
But when I recieve ANY call, I can hear the caller, but they cannot hear me at all. The caller hears only silence. This has been going on for 4 days, and I have emailed BV 3x and had no response and have sat on hold for over an hour with noone picking up.
Any help out there please?
