[quote=WLLENDING;105053]The exact same thing is happening to me as well starting since about a month ago as well except it is mostly with incoming calls. I'll get a phone call, pickup, talk, and about 60 seconds into the conversation, the caller cannot hear me anymore. I can still hear them with no problem. Almost exactly the same problem here, on LAX proxy. Very annoying. I tried 3 different routers, no difference.

Update for all I changed the location at which I connect and MAGICALLY it made all the difference. I think that cable quality has a LOT to do with it. I am now using Cat 6 and it hasn't been a problem.

I have to admit that I've finally had enough, and am in the process of dropping BroadVoice altogether. While I have no issues with people working from home, and I actually found the fact that BroadVoice was very smart to employ a very creative use of call routing to get users to tech support quickly by employing people from home, I had an experience with someone who spoke poor English, with a screaming kid in the background. I work from home too, as does my wife. We have a 2 year old running around. We know, we are lucky to have help around the house, but we got help because we don't want our clients to have to endure his screaming. With all that said, I don't think that BroadVoice is committed to assisting the end user. Their quality has dramatically gone down hill in the last several months. I originally signed up with them after reading rave reviews on Nerd Vittles. It's really disappointing. Now, it's going to cost more money to port out of them!!!

I, too, have been having the same problems that others have mentioned and I thought it might have to do with the router or phone modem, but I think it is neither, since many suddenly started having the same issues, and it couldn't be that all modems or routers suddenly malfunction at the same time. Since BV started collecting their monthly fees in increments (they will take $25 if your account reached that much even before the month ends), I think they have some finance issues and I hope it will not leave us stranded like SunRocket folks.
