Default Need configuration values for WGR613VAL

Could someone please tell me the values for the following parameters for my WGR613VAL? I was finally able to get some of the values from BroadVoice (after about a month of trying to explain to them what I was doing) but I can't match them one-for-one with the values that my WGR613VAL is looking for. Now that they've changed my account type to a BYOD account, I haven't had phone service!

BroadVoice sent me the outbound_proxy_server, proxy_port, registrar_server, registrar_port, phone_number, auth_id, auth_password, ntp_ip and DTMF.

The only thing I couldn't find an equivalent for was the DTMF. BroadVoice said to use "rfc2833 if available, failover to InBand if rfc2833 not supported."

The other configuration options for the WGR613VAL are:
SIP Local Port
SIP Message TOS Value (hex value)
Starting RTP Port
RTP Data TOS Value (hex value)

VAD? (enable/disable)
Silence Detect Time (msec)

ATPM Action Key
First-digit Timeout (sec)
Last-digit Timeout (sec)

STUN (enable/disable)
Stun Interval Time (min)
STUN Server

Register Expire Time (sec)
Registration Head Start Time (sec)
Anonymous Incoming Call (allow/deny)
Distinctive Ring Valid (enable/disable)
Prefer Ring ID
Prefer Fax Codec (Fax-T.38
Fax-G.711)
Prefer Codec (G.711 u-Law @ 20ms
G.729ab @ 10ms
G.729ab @ 20ms
G.711 u-Law @ 10ms
G.711 u-Law @ 30ms
G.729ab @ 30ms
G.729ab @ 40ms
G.726 16K
G.726 24K
G.726 32K
G.726 40K)
Support Codec (G.711
G.729ab
G.726)

If anyone has any idea on what these values should be, I would greatly appreciate it.
