| first off please forgive my typing it is 3am and i tyoe pretty bad anyway. I am deployed to iraq and signed up for broadvoice and have been using the XTEN softphone. My roomate had a leadtek 8051 ATA sent and wants to use it with broadvoice. I have bo instruction and have never set up an ATA i deal with ciso phones often but they easy compared. itried to just transfer settings from the softphone to the ATA but since everything seems labeled different i am confused i am able to get into the GUI of the ATA so once i know what goes where i should be on my way. any help would be great and screen captures would be even better if possible thanks to all who have input |

| Does this dial plan work on 1800 number followed by additional dial selection? Another question, sometime you use a T (timer), sometimes you don't, could you tell me when I should attach a T to the end of a string? |

| Yes, this dial plan supports 800 numbers. The 'T' means wait for 4 seconds before sending the number. You kind of need that when you don't know/can't predict how many digits will be dialed. If you can't do touch tones on an 800 number, the issue is likely the inband DTMF requirement for BroadVoice.
